Have you checked in the HG612 GUI (URL 192.168.1.1), page
Basic >> DSL that the G.DMT, ADSL2, ADSL2+ and VDSL2 boxes are ticked?
If so, am I right in thinking the DSL modem light is steady green after a few seconds?
If so it is connecting to the exchange. Try going to the
Basic >> ATM tab and select PPPoA.
Which Billion port are you connecting the LAN1 of the HG612 to? It needs to be the WAN port.
