If GLA means Greater London Authority - correct, because London was above the phase 1 target of 90%.

London as an area sits at https://labs.thinkbroadband.com/local/?area=lo 92.5% with access to a 30 Mbps or faster connection currently. It is not uniform, Westminster is the worst area, City of London is worse still, but much smaller in terms of residential.

So in essence, no-one but BT can determine when and how a cabinet will be upgraded.

Mariory - it looks as if you will never know until it happens.

They may have some idea, but there is no absolute list for the over 20,000 cabinets that are not enabled yet

All of this is leading me to believe my cabinet is not "financially viable" for BT to consider fibre.
