As I pointed out to ISPReview before, I could see no notifications or briefings from OR that they had stopped selling or providing FOD (in fact they kept releasing FOD enabled exchange lists).

BT Wholesale do not seem to have released their stop-sell when I checked this morning.

I would be interested to know who ISPReview talk to at BT in order to get these news articles.
