Re: Who is accepting orders in this cabinet?

If that means the first in the queue drops off after 90 days it sounds rather unfair.

The indispensable man or woman passes from the scene, and what happens next is more or less the same thing as was happening before.
My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk. Domains, site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - AAISP Home::1 80/20. Sync 59999/14372kbps @ 600m. - BQM

In reply to a post by WWWombat:
Traditional advice has been to watch the checker for live availability, and place an order pronto.

The customer has to spend day after day checking the availability and then somehow 'persuade', (in my case Sky), their provider to get an order in ASAP !! They refuse to place an order at the moment even though it clearly states that orders are being accepted.

How can I personally contact BT Openreach to find out who has access to my particlular cabinet when their online checker is currently showing "orders can be placed" but not one single provider will actually put an order in?
