I would personally quite like a FTTH connection but primarily to remove the vagaries of DLM (my link spent the last 6 months on interleaved with a high G.INP value and last week flipped back to fastpath significantly reducing my latency). However, whilst I would buy the 330Mb/s service if I had it available I wouldn't actually need it as pretty much all I need to do works on my 45Mb/s connection at present.

Knowing there will be future options of additional speed is pretty much enough at the moment for most people that get a half decent FTTC connection. I certainly wouldn't consider paying £399 per month for a service that I couldn't get any particular benefit from and Gigaclear are selling it for bragging rights rather than public need - there are very few businesses who even need that at the moment and those that do are likely to be dealing in a lot of video production/distribution.

50/50 would do me a treat... 100/100 would be a delight...
