IP address changed

Since having my talktalk FTTC connection in august my IP address had been fixed despite many reboots of the router, and traces back to Hitchin.
Sometime between 21 and 26/12/15 this changed to one which traces back to Milton Keynes.
Is this something I should be concerned about? (apart from struggling to get 3mb )

Nope TalkTalk Residential do not have a static IP option so being dynamic there is the possibility it would change when the lease is renewed.
