If the web page is a single file, how many webpages of the size 30 MB are a single file?

The fact remains that if you have a 30Mb web page, it will take 1 second on a 30Mb connection and 3 seconds on a 10Mb connection - 3 times longer.
That's not quite how it works.

His Mb wasn't a typo . He used it for a direct comparison of download times at 10Mbps and 30Mbps. So 3.66MB.
The indispensable man or woman passes from the scene, and what happens next is more or less the same thing as was happening before.

Do you know the EXACT location of the cabinet? Is that 482m as the crow flies?
If so the route of the cable can be twice or three times that distance depending on which route through the ducting it takes to get to your cabinet.

I am about 200m from my cab. The cable though follows the road around the estate and is around 600m long. At that distance I get 45/14. You need to trace the cable and see what distance the cable takes - and remember some cables take circuitous routes and could go the wrong direction for some distance before heading the right way.

I calculated I'm around 650 metres so I think I should still be getting higher than 24mbps, I'll give sky a ring I think
