Well I can see that your exchange is only covered by the commercial project and no BDUK funding.
I can see that your exchange was fibre enabled back in Oct 2012 and that it only supports FTTC and FOD (Fibre on Demand).
I can also see that they are currently upgrading cabinets 6, 24, 28, 40 which are currently being connected up and have an estimated live date of May 2016.
Now what cabinets they go to next, your guesses as good as mine.
I say contact your local MP, your ISP etc.
On a side note, Manchester has a lot of Virgin Media coverage, so maybe that's is the issue there.
