The just switched to the "Connecting" stage, estimating fibre availability within the next four months.
Does it really take that long? What could possibly take another four months when the Cabinet is built and connected?

I've seen cabinets stuck at this stage for more than 4 years . 4 months is just a finger in the air date. Could be done next month if they can get round to it and there are no issues

Wow...that's concerning.
So they are going around putting up new cabinets and then leave them there until they come back full circle?
Anything I should be looking out for (more roadworks, maybe by the power company?)
I noticed there is lots of polyduct laying activity in the vicinity (which could mean nothing since the exchange is pretty close too)

The joys of a large infrastructure project, where one cabinet is not important, but getting the overall amount enabled is. i.e. rather than have teams waiting around, they keep them busy so the team for the next stage on a cabinet are not always waiting in the wings to pounce, but more likely to be elsewhere busy doing another cabinet.

Roadworks.org just turned up "
Connections Projects:NEW SUPPLY SCHEME: (APPROX DEPTH 450mm-600mm):INSTALLING A TWO 100AMP THREE PHASE SERVICES" for May 11th. Pretty sure it has to be the new Cabinet as there's really nothing around that would need a new supply scheme.
Fingers crossed.

3 phase supply, don't think so unless they have mis-described it

Maybe local area has hit a limit, so an upgrade to local supply and then the a feed for the cabinet.

Sounds plausible (to me). The new cabinet was built on the inner side of the footpath facing the old PCP street side. I would guess they will change/upgrade the power supply of the existing cable leading to the neighbouring apartment building.
I want to believe

Yep, it was something else. This sounds more like it:
roadworks.org entry
Wonder if there will be another Roadworks entry for the actual connection to the PCP (I still suspect they might have done the cabling when they set up the new cabinet in the first place)

There have been some Roadworks on the Cabinet (One explicitly mentioned connecting Power and another was some more poly-duct laying). Nothing seems to be planned in the immediate future.
So I am wondering whats happening next. Can anyone give me a bit more insight on whats missing forP25 in W6 0RF to go live?
