Power seems to be connected now. I don't think there is a security lock yet, but is that actually required for all active cabinets?

Codelook has the Cabinet down to be live in August. Nothing on roadworks.org
I would really appreciate if someone with a bit more "insight" could tell me what the current status of the cabinet is.

Hmmm good to know. Do you have any more insight into the current status of P25 on LWHAM. It looks ready to go and August is approaching (I know...it's just an estimate) and I really want to know what's left to be done until it can go live.

"Locate and excavate 1 blockage in existing duct in footway" ...there seem to be a lot of them. So I assume all of those need to be cleared so they can actually pull in the fiber to the Cabinet. Hope they can still deliver in August.

Well they will be cutting it fine if they did get it all done in August.

Hmmm, to be fair I have no idea. Those roadworks seem a bit off, but I don't know how they intend to route the fiber. The exchange is closer to my postcode.

Most Cabs around King Street seem to be enabled...wonder why they passed P25 without enabling it during the first pass.

Judging from the Codelook data here they have only managed to finish one cabinet in 2016 so far. This looks not very promising...

Yup, Roadworks can be spot on some times.

Also your exchange is >> here << if you didn't already know.

As for more work, you will have to see after that power connection work has completed, you could also take a walk down there when they are installing the power and take a sneak look LOL.

If there is loads of blue cord in there, there is a good chance no fibre has been pulled through yet.
