So it was 4.5 years of being told no fibre even though its all been there since end of 2011, then it become available to order on 12th August.
Then oh there is an issue at our Splitter Node, that work was done on the 6th September which both BT and Openreach also confirm.
Now we get told, the work at the Splitter Node was not completed and on top of that there is issues at our exchange.
No matter if there is light on our actual fibres at our FibreDP hardware which was tested on the 6th September which reaches their network, they won't send the engineers out to install it, this is becoming a joke and a complete fob off.
And to top that off we have been told they have to re survey the whole area from the exchange to us.
So we won't even hear anything back for a month or two to say what's happening.
I even told BT to give me the [censored] splice tool and I will [censored] do it, to be told, sorry they cannot do that, no [censored] Sherlock, that would mean we would have a working fibre connection, to which they said nothing, no surprise there.
What a Joke, not very happy at all.
Paul
