Current line speed is supposed to adjust automatically to just below the IP Profile, but the auto adjustment occasionally fails. Have you checked it recently as I requested earlier? The 78 sounds like a default setting when first put on to 80/20.
When you were on 40/20, which isn't an Openreach product, it was probably set to 40.
When you moved off 40/20, is that supposed to have been to 55/10, or have you chosen to upgrade to 80/20? There have been a few screwed up changes to 55/10. I'm wondering if you have been "lucky" in getting above the 55/10.
