For the houses that are accepting orders it doesn't say. It only gives the technology at FTTP. The other fields are blank.

It's likely the FTTP infrastructure hasn't been put into/ran up to your home yet. Speak to the developer as they will know if Openreach are installing the ONT before completion or not.

Yes that's exactly what the situation is, but what I'm saying it that many of the EVEN numbered homes also do not have the cable connected but these houses appear on the website it just says "exploring options".

The cable has been run up to my house, but not connected to the extension cable (I forget the name of it) as the ONT will be installed in a cupboard in the middle of the house.

Do you mean cable? Or small duct? Builders generally install the duct on new build, which is then handed over to Openreach, and normally for FTTH the fibre is only installed from the pavement to outside of the home when you order.

That is unless this is a new style FTTP roll-out like they did in Swindon where the connectorised fibre may be coiled up behind the entry point to the house, and slack pulled in and connected to ONT when you order.

I mean cable. There is a coil of fibre hanging out of the wall of my house currently and I can see the underground cable duct just poking out of the ground. There was a link to a video and manual on here for house builders and it listed an extension cable developers use if the ONT is not being fitted directly on the other side of the wall where the underground cable comes up the side of the house.

Edit. Found it. EZ Bend cable, is connected from the CSP to the ONT.

Okay in which case the EZ Bend is installed by the developer, and will still need the fibre from a manifold in the street to be blown to the external splice point on the property (CSP).

Has the developer confirmed that your property has had its ducting approved and signed off by Openreach, since until that happens the duct is the property of the builder.

Yes I know that happens with the EZ bend cable That's not what I was talking about. It's the fact that other houses, at the same stage as mine are on the website, but none of the odd numbered houses are.

Is odd one side of the road and even the other? Or sequential down one side of the road?

Has developer confirmed it has signed off all those premises to Openreach? If yes then its providers time to chase Openreach

Yep, odds on the left, evens on the right.

I will call the developer and find out what the status is of the sign off. cheers
