Cabinet capacity increase availability (NILDW Exchange)

Hi guys, can any one shed some light on when capacity increase will be completed on LD/Waterside Exchange cabinet 31, a second cabinet is now in place and all work seems to be complete but speed is still under 1mb and we are unable to order fibre.

Probably a 2nd cabinet to be installed soon, so likely to a while yet
