what happens when they put their telephone number in the BT wholesale checker -- once it can be confirmed at a telephone level how they are serviced that may answer the questions posed

don't use the address =-- get his telephone number as that will really confirm how he is served

Address shows cab, number shows EO but this looks to be post CuRe so likely a database issue, especially given all other immediate properties show served by the cab.
