Llandovery Cab2 FTTP

Would it be possible for someone to have a look into this situation.

Our postcode SA200YW covers 5 properties.

4 of those properties can get FTTP but we cant, even though our property is 20m from two of those that can and is served by the same line, the trench having been dug by the owner of those two properties to serv our property when it was converted 10 years ago.

Surely this is a database error?

3 of the 5 can get FTTP, all 5 of you are on the same PCP so should be the same routing of the fibres.

Maybe they run out of fibres, it can and does happen.

Openreach says the following:

Your area is currently in our plans to be upgraded with Fibre to the Premises (FTTP), however we follow a different design and build process for FTTP so you won't see updates at each stage. When you are able to place orders you will see the Accepting Orders message. In some instances our FTTP plans change. If this happens you will move though the journey stages normally.

So you will get it, but I don't know when.

Its PON so the final manifold is 6 to 12 properties

Give twitter a try and if it does not work then pester me and I'll pester Openreach, though best done during office hours otherwise I tend to put them aside and get distracted and miss them
