I think it would be better to email Mr Saffron with your address and phone details so he has a bit more information to work on. You have also replied to yourself so he may not see your message. Click on his username in this thread to get the email address.

NOTE For future reference, private messages are a pain as I've no search system, email is a lot better as can track stuff when Openreach finally come back with a change/news.

Update for anyone following this:

Openreach web form filled

Openreach tweeted

No progress a month on despite Openreach's own 20 working day response guide.

Now nearly six weeks.

My neighbours have dates for part 1 and 2 installations.

@Openreach ask me to bear with them as they are busy.

But 6 weeks to answer 1 question that could save them 2 unnecessary trips (could do both locations at the same time instead of separately)?

Half a mind to go back to Zen once this is resolved and get a lower speed for the same price but at least they are a company that respond.

Yay!

An e-mail to CEO of BT has sorted it. It was a database error.

Can now order but BT's page is being shonky and only listing upto Infinity2 Not the full fat Infinity4 I want.

See, I said you would get it smile

It did the same for me.
Phone BT up, I think their FTTP team are on 0800 587 4787 if I am correct, then ask them what deals are available due to their product page isn't displaying Infinity 3 and 4.

I am sure they will be happy to help smile

Did that - apparently their systems are acting up which is why I couldn't place an order for Infinity 4.

I've ordered Infinity 2 online (to get the £150 offer) and to get a start date then upgrade once it's all in place.
