If it's the back box, the only official advice is that you need to ask OpenReach to replace it as the back box is there equipment. This may end up costing you at least £120 + VAT.
Unofficially, RunITDirect sell the OR NTE5s at a not unreasonable price. (Other suppliers may be available!!)

Knowing which bit has cracks is key to knowing what to suggest as possible replacements. If it is just the front plate then ADSL nation could be a good easy choice. If it is the main back plate then it should be a BT job as it is not supposed to be done by end users (and if a fault develops and it is a non-BT component then they may charge for fix).
Loads on google. You want an NTE5A faceplate and a Mk3 VDSL filter. And a warning sign saying "Don't bash this with the vacuum cleaner".
