Shame. Ah well, at least on the most part, an EU can request a DLM reset which is conducted normally a few days afterwards.
Though this was possible, it's not something Openreach like doing.... also there's got to be good reason to do so.
Also I don't think Openreach will be rushing to reset any lines when they're in the middle of rolling out a new set of rules/configs.
Might be worth asking what the EUs line estimates are according to BT Wholesale.
PS. BT Smart Hub is fairly decent hub, Firmware is sluggish but works never the less, I can't say it coped well in a busy WiFi environment but then a lot of routers I used couldn't cope either.
