The user name and password in the portal ("My Services", then "View Technical Details") are the details you should use to set up the router. You have a separate user name and password to access the portal.

Zen sent out a username and a "connection password" that I used for the past two years previously. They sent the same email this time around with a username and a connection password.

Logging into the portal, there are two glitchy looking links: General (which does nothing) and Cancel a Service.

No technical details of the line available.

For kicks and giggles I tried out my old username and password and it connected.

I cannot believe Zen are so careless as to send incorrect connection username/password, which I have been adamantly trying to use like an idiot.

Speed is disappointingly slow.

Got a speedtest link? Maybe your old details are limiting your rate.

Didn't connect a wired setup so was testing over 2.4Ghz which was a bottleneck. Switched to 5Ghz and now this is more like it.

It was initially, but it seems to be at the peak of what this technology is capable of so I'm not complaining...much! smile
