Am I the only one who fears that the apparent finality of the announcement and the lack of discussion indicates that something profound might be going on with Max's health or elsewhere in his life?

It's not always easy to tell with Max, but the syntax of the post doesn't preclude the possibility that he's decided that ADSL is a bit pass� and it's just the username that is being retired...
