Full Cabinet Question

Hi,

If a cab is full and you monitor it and a port becomes available, and you then place an order.

Is that port assigned to your order and marked as unavailable ?

Or do they take the order and determine the capacity again before your install date ?

Just wondering if anybody knows ?

Shouldn't be possible to over-order.
