IIRC it's one-off donation to running costs Tim. I found it well worth it.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk. Domains, site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - AAISP Home::1 80/20. Sync 71288/12440Kbps @ 600m. BQMs - IPv4 & IPv6

I would certainly second that, MDWS is a fantastic facility well worth the £10 min, one of subscription requested for enhanced membership, Tony does a marvellous job of running and maintaining the site and certainly deserves the support.

Modem/router stat's monitoring is best effective on MDWS if kept running 24/7, a lot of the members, myself included, use a Raspberry Pi to run DSLStats harvesting the modem/router stat's to MDWS, I use an old Mk.1 B RPi which I bought years ago and never got around to using, works very well with DSLStats.

I have recently tried one of the new Raspberry Pi Zero W units which is very small, very cheap and very low power consumption running DSLStats, this also works fine and is a very low cost option.

Further to my original post yesterday and ironically enough, DLM has enabled DS G.Inp on my line @ approx. 06:15 hrs. this morning, that's one day over 7 weeks since my ADSL/VDSL migration.

Ref. G.Inp only being applied to lines that are having stability issues:
My line was running yesterday at the very bottom end of ILQ amber status, has been at the top end of ILQ green for quite a few previous days with respect to DS ES rate, I don't believe that DLM intervention was imminent with respect to current line status and DLM instigated a re-synch in order to apply DS G.Inp by default.

From the re-synch I have gained over 2 Mbps. increase in DS synch speed, a decrease in DS SNRM of approx. 1dB, and my DS ES's have virtually disappeared.

Any interested parties can view the before & after effects of DS G.Inp application on MDWS, ID tiffy.

A number of us on PlusNet with Asus DSL-AC68U routers reported losing G.INP around Easter time - thread is here:

Worst modem chipset I've ever used (The Asus DSL-AC68U).
It should be banned just for having the ability to toggle UPBO.
Asus appear to have given up on getting MediaTek to fix their DSL driver.

Have you tried another G.INP capable modem? Wouldn't surprise me if OpenReach removed it from the list of modems compatible with retransmission. It had so many issues during the initial Huawei rollout.
No idea if they ever fixed the ECI G.INP problems they had either

In reply to a post by Banger:
I can't find that option but I am only using the basic version. My point is how does one know if G,INP is active or not or just disabled for Huwei cabs?

If G.INP has ever been enabled on a line then it will show as disabled if it's turned off (there is just an on/off flag in the uploaded data) but MDWS keeps track of the state independently. If it's never been turned on then it doesn't show at all. The only time it needs resetting is, if as said, you move house or change the cab etc.
