Blimey, I've got one too - at least I assume that's what it is, it wasn't there before. No ventilation slots though.

It's not a G.Fast pod, it's for additional copper connections only.

The ones with no air vents are not G.fast but a side extension of the PCP to make space for more lines without adding a full second cabinet
