Cheers for the replies guys, however we seem to ever so slightly be going off subject.
I understand the knowledge of how the PCP is passive and what it does being pretty much a multi-wire crossover. Though that seems impossible to have connections run to a DSLAM 0.4Mile away unless they do have plans for another PCP in the perimeter of this new Cab.
This would make sense to stop any already congested 100 blocks interfering with either E or D side wireing which causes a lot of interference already.
As well all know that BT seem to have to hide such information for us ones who have the interest in such things happening.
