Ah, your line is connecting within the estimate shown, so unfortunately you won't be able to raise a fault very easily.

So was enquiring as to what confidence you could confirm its a banded profile. Nothing to do with estimating line length.

The questioning is a reminder that people will taken things like 'I can confirm' and believe you totally, so if you cannot be 100% certain better to qualify any comments.

Because if the line rate is at or around a banded profile value, it's going to be banded!

Yup, nothing wrong with those stats. A DS SNRM of 3 dB, also suggest that the line, is relatively stable.

i dunno really goes from 3.0db all away up to 3.7db not steady db

No, however if the line resyncs either by DLM or via the EU, and it stays virtually the same, it's banded.
