So I used A&A Office::1 bonding and it only shows a single IP address externally. That said it's not exactly a cheap option
In theory you could achieve bonding yourself, using something like https://www.simonmott.co.uk/2012/03/vpn-bonding/ but again you'd still be looking at 2x FTTC costs + server in the cloud as an endpoint + time to setup.

If you bond FTTC circuits would that mean I could present one of two IP Addresses ?
That would cause an issue for me as I remotely access sites which validation on my IP.
Well if you went with BT Home FTTC route you would have issues due to BT won't give you a Static IP Address, you can however get a Static IP as an optional extra when you go with one of their business packages.
