I have heard mention on here of a dedicated FTTP Sales team, UK based also, I think the user Paul Kirby was the one with the info.

Yeah, I was told by BT's FTTP Sales and Support Team that their FTTP products are handled by UK based staff and that BT are dropping overseas support in other areas over time.

TBH every time I have phoned I have been answered by a UK based staff member.

If I recall the number I used was 0800 587 4787 you still sometimes get that long queue wait, but that inital call (i.e. switchboard) can be quick.

Tadley is an area I know pretty well, used to be on my patch till I moved.

Oooh, I grew up in Tadley !! A minor aside that you might know the answer to, why on earth
does the small Silchester exchange have LLU presence by TalkTalk (and no one else) ?
(I'm not complaining, because of that my mother is able to have 'urban rate' internet !)

Silchester is tiny little blighter - and appears, like Brigadoon, out of the mist once every three years.

It feeds that business estate by the roundabout on Soke Rd, maybe thats why Talktalk have a presence there ?? Pretty much all else is very Rural ... though I have fitttd FTTPoD nearby..
