HG612 Replacement Power Supply

Good morning,

Quick question, got a HG612 3B with a failed power supply, Had an ECI Power Supply lying around and it brought the modem back to life.

Is it OK to use one of these or is it recommended to source a replacement?

Input : 220-240V 5HZ 0.2A
Output : 12V 1A

The output on my HG612 PS is 12V 1A, although the input is rated at 500mA.

I'd say it would be fine to use.

OK cheers, just wasn't sure with the slightly lower input spec if it was a cause for concern.
