Appointed ? Then they believe theres something amiss at your end...

... or that the line tests OK.

Got no dsl sync since Saturday evening. Down all day yesterday and came up for about 10 mins today and an hour later Plusnet texted Plusnet: Further to the issues with your fibre broadband. Our Supplier have investigated the network and now require an engineer visit the address. Coming tomorrow am appointment. The last connection was the 5mb upload today.

Hmm, maybe a dodgy DSLAM port then,

Good luck.

Bloke arrived this morning. Done something at the cabinet and was working while home. 52mb and 14mb up. No stats as using Plusnet Hub. Came home at 6ish and all off again. No signal and no connection. Openreach coming in morning to have a look. How can I escalate this further. Its becoming a massive issue!

That it has become a repeat report will have heightened it with Openreach anyway.

Your line looks not bag but the amount of ES on the upstream is a little concerning. Almost 1 per minute.
DLM may apply G.INP on the upstream to try help this.

If DLM lowers the target SNRM then it may push your line over 50Mb sync
