I believe it also takes power from the sister (fttc) cabinet

It's like what @partial said in reference to the hybrid cable. It would make sense as deploying it would be a lot easier.

Looks like it, from what partial says as well smile. Though how it is fed through other than a draw-pull is beyond me.

I could understand there being the fibre plus a separate power lead, but not a combined one. Maybe a combined power lead and fibre tube to blow the fibre through?

But you were meaning fibre plus phone copper, and it most certainly isn't.
