There is also a good chance that leased line is fed from a different direction and not a NGA aggregation node. All existing plant will be used poles, duct etc. But the leased line is irrelevant.

What are the current vdsl/FTTC estimates for;
the group of properties getting FTTP
the individual property getting FTTP
your group of properties.

BDUK may leave out those with better FTTC speeds.

Yes the leased line does go the opposite direction so is irrelevant. It starts at the bottom of the road near us and goes 2/3 up the road. The FTTP would start at the top of the road and go 2/3 to the bottom. The only advantage from the leased line is if they choose to use the new poles that were installed for it.

I've only got postcodes for these, but the group getting FTTP look to estimate at around 18Mb. The individual property looks to be getting 5-6Mb. Ours get in the region of 9-20Mb.

You may already be doing this, but if you use the "Address Checker" (not "Postcode Checker"), and enter the postcode in that, it will then give you a list of individual properties that you can select.

He must be doing that.
