I've been told similar to what was suggested above.

In reply to a post by caffn8me:
My impacted range estimate is high of 262 and low of 198.4 with a handback threshold of 181.5. It's showing amber which, according to reports elsewhere, means that it can't be provisioned with self install but requires an engineer visit.

Even lines where the downstream handback is above 200Mb are affected so not as simple as that. Self install is only in trial and it only just started a couple weeks ago.

BT Wholesale are marking Amber lines with an "MI Only" tag which i assume stands for managed install only.

Any lines that show available should be eligible for the self install trial and will presumably have (low?) estimates above 200Mb.
