That proves nothing except I was on the 91.9% IP Profile. I am fairly sure I have posted somewhere the same effect along with the Radius log showing Retransmission Low.

That post was showing a download speed from the BTW tester, higher than the IP Profile.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk. Domains, site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Three 4G, tbb tests normally 35-45Mpbs down, 65Mbps off-peak, 9-24 up.

You're on Retransmission Low.
The IP profile is incorrect.

I wish you good luck trying to resolve that as I would have no idea where you would start.

Clarified what? How the download speed can exceed the IP Profile?

I think not. If anything in the system is going to apply it, it is the BTW Performance Test. It most certainly isn't going to throw 80Mbps at the DSLAM and pray!
