Though maybe there's a typo there anyway. I assume it should be "reliability", not liability. And it shouldn't have capital letters. We have enough americanisms in our language these days, without adopting German capitalisation.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk. Domains, site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Three 4G, tbb tests normally 35-45Mpbs down, 65Mbps off-peak, 9-24 up.

Errm..... that's not adslmax's sig. That's exactly what it says on roadworks.org

Liability is correct - roadworks.org accepts no liability from inaccurate data. Their full get-out clause reads;

Accuracy and Liability

The contents of this web site are for information only. Neither Elgin nor primary data providers accept any responsibility for any loss or damage caused as a result of using the information.

Neither Elgin nor the primary data providers warrant the accuracy or timeliness of data displayed on this website. The data is displayed without warranty or commitment of any kind, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, any and all representations, warranties or conditions of any kind whatsoever (including express, implied or statutory warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy or satisfactory quality), whether dealing with data or otherwise, are expressly excluded.

Roadworks information is not maintained as real-time live data by the majority of Highway Authorities and utility companies. The regulations under which this information is managed permit time delays of one working day in some cases which can result in information being out of date for 2-3 days over weekends and public holidays. Users can view the last time the data was retrieved from source systems by clicking on a roadworks symbol and scrolling to the bottom of the pop-up information window. roadworks.org retrieves data updates every 30 minutes from the majority of source systems but is moving to more real-time data synching over 2017. In future where roadworks teams are using on site technology to update information in real-time this will be reflected live on roadworks.org.

I was suggesting my amended version of the single line as suitable for a sig for him smile.

I did expect the "liability" bit to be a copy and paste but didn't check. I stand corrected smile, but also claim the lack of context for it as my (I believe valid) excuse. There was no clue to it being a heading.
