Just don't ask the engineer that attends if he goes on thinkbroadband. Encouraging people to lie is not good.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk. Domains, site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Three 4G, tbb tests normally 35-45Mpbs down, 65Mbps off-peak, 9-24 up.

Slightly depressing that you could quickly work out the problem on a forum when Zen's technical support couldn't. I'm still going to use their prices to negotiate discounts when my renewals come up but lets hope it won't end up with me actually swapping!
