FTTP Waiting list

Hi, Is there any way I am able to find out what is happening in regards to a waiting list for FTTP at a relatives? it has been installed on the pole for a couple years, neighbour has FTTP but our checker is as follows,
WBC FTTP Upto 1000 Upto 220 -- Waiting list -- --

Not sure if a database may need tweaking somewhere,or if anyone is able to help shed a light for me,

To look into this any further would need to know the address, best to email me [email protected] so can look at maps, checkers and street view before chasing Openreach if this is looking like a mistake
