FTTP

No doubt many have asked already but any help would be appreciated.
We are promised FTTP and a fibre cable has been run to a pole at my gate which serves only me. It is 50 yds away from the house and has been there since Last October, so 6 months . A month ago Openreach advised that "Ultrafast Accepting Orders" contact one of the suggested Providers. I contacted 3 incl BT. They all said they could not quote because BT had not told them the service is available. BTdslchecker notes FTTP "Planning"

I can find no way of getting more information any help or suggestion would be welcome.

It sends me to the Broadband Availability checker which says "Ultrafast Accepting Orders"

Without knowing the location difficult to say, but it is possible Openreach have finished their bit and if there is some exchange side work for the wholesalers to do before they can sell the service.
