Based on the locations I see the tests in - am sure its not USO - which is easy as that is just York. Also service characteristics are very different.

The one I remember was the UFO and Derby areas rather than Openreach FTTP

Sky did a FTTP trial in Basingstoke back in 2014 offering a 950 Mbps connection.
