How are you connecting to the router? Wireless or ethernet? I would try another router first and just rule that out before going down the network route.

Normally test over WiFi using phone/table. Tonight checking over Ethernet I'm getting the same sort of speeds 45-46mbps DL.

TB Speedtest
Speedtest.net

I'm also on BTW based Uno package.

For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 40 Mbps-59.2 Mbps.
Additional Information:
IP Profile for your line is - 59.2 Mbps

First test on BTW Speedtest is 47.52 Mbps. Second one was 53.36 Mbps. Very varied.

I'm synced at 75/20 and get 69/19 on speedtest.net.

Downstream loss of ~15 seems high to me. Is it the same in the middle of the day/night?

Yes it sits at 43-46 day or night. Weekend or Weekday. That's why I don't think its local congestion, unless I suppose it always congested, don't know.

Do you have G.INP on your line (also called retransmission)? That lowers the IP profile.
Yes, however neither give 88.2% which is what I am seeing.

Note of academic interest only, I'm not adversely affected by my speeds although I would love to have a higher upload but that's not available on FTTC.
