The AQN is not related to the exchange as AQN doesn't occur in exchange codes. It could be a memonic (Like FTTP) for Access ??? Network

What we would need is a list like the Hampshire one from a Fibre first area. This would give us a dense area that would enable us to derive what the different V levels mean.
