Can I cheekily ask if you have any information on Cabinet E1 on Elmsted exchange (NDELM)

Thanks in advance.

I thought so! 8 doors away, they have full fibre! What a p!sstake!

Does that property 8 doors away have the same postcode TR27 4NY? If it does, then according to the DSL checker none in this postcode have Openreach FTTP (WBC FTTP) available. Otherwise it may be that leased fibre or an altnet might be serving that property, none of which would show up on the BT DSL checker.

That screenshot seems to be taken from the Cerberus FTTP pricing page & is generic info:

https://www.cerberusnetworks.co.uk/connectivity-broa...

What does the BT/Openreach DSL checker say for that property 8 doors away?

https://www.dslchecker.bt.com/

(use address/postcode/house no if necessary)

That's more like it smile

Yep well worth getting a desktop FTTPoD quote from Cerberus or others. However to get an accurate FTTPoD price you may need to get a site survey done (£200+ cost) as one of my neighbours was quoted £17k (desktop survey price) for FTTPoD...despite being approx 20m away from the fibre DP used for my FTTPoD install in 2017. According to the Openreach bod who did my fibre CSP, a 2 port DP was installed so it should have a free port.

Might be out of scope as Vfast are thought to cover the area
