My connection via my ISP would need to be intact for these test to be carried out.

The test you describe by disconnecting me from the ISP equipment has also been done, the first one showed 76Mb and the second a few weeks later showed 55Mb.

I thought only a small number of Huawei cabinets had vectoring enabled and they were BDUK funded cabinets where OR were throwing the kitchen sink at it to reach the required minimum speed to be compliant. I may be out of date so someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
