WHy not get FTTP installed in their premises within a locked cabinet. Have that small cabinet on teh party wall, drill through and there you have it!

In an ideal world that would be perfect, but when I say (type?!) "security" I mean legal security - the layout of the premises would mean running a cable approx 30 metresfrom the master socket end to the party wall end of our neighbour's premises - for something like this I would only be happy if a deed of easement was drawn up (and I think our neighbour's landlord would too) - not to mention a lease for the cabinet space

What about a weatherproof steel cabinet outside the building - just on te other side of the boundary when teh survey is done, and then slide it across 1m before installation!

Unfortunately we are all commercial premises so we are looking for something a bit more secure than a neighbourly agreement

Is that FTTP a typo, or is there something else going on that you haven't mentioned?
