Thanks Andrew, I will try the first option.

When I needed to speak with OR, I found that page and read it perhaps too literally. Since as it was damage done by OR (for safety reasons - drop wire repositioned to lower point on property) resulting in damage to fascia board and an annoying low drop wire, I used Option 1 + 1. So used Option 1 + 2 and got put through to OR's Solicitors...

Yeah I just either email them with images of the issue or send the images to their Twitter Account via a DM.

Most of the reported issues are resolved within 24 to 72 hours depending on the severity of the issue.

Like the copper line junction box cover at the top of the pole was hanging off and rain was getting inside it, I reported it and it was resolved within 6 hours.
