Yeah, I won't be fixing that. I did see the grommets. He has used some clear silicon on the hole.

I guess the good thing is that it is their responsibility and any issues they are liable to fix them.

I wouldn't be happy with the tight fibre bends above and below the splice point, the fibre should follow the curved guides to hold it at a larger radius. I expect the OR guys are rushing to get the job done rather than do it properly!

To be honest that is what I am going to do. I am getting my full speed down and up so I can't complain.

Both radius' are above the radius of a 50 pence piece,

I don't think the new CSP's are especially 'craft sensitive" I've used them in anger for the first time in the last few days ...... not so fond of the new larger splice protectors either.
