I can assure you that I have been in regular contact with the Scotland Superfast team over the last 3 years. It is they that assured me we were included in the programme for FTTP until this week.
They are investigating the current debacle but are totally dependent on Openreach for answers and quote a 20 day turnaround time for getting answers.
