I thought I would provide an update on this broadband journey, which began (and ended, I thought) many years ago (so long ago that my original username has since been purged due to inactivity).

Since Openreach FTTP went live in 2020, Virgin Media (via nexfibre) built their XGS-PON network into the area. Never in 2020 did I think in a few years I'd be going even faster:
