Why do you have 12 random houses estimates documented in the 1st place?

I couldn't tell you my own estimates never mind my nearest 11 neighbours.

I have asked PN for GEA Test requested because I want to see if the line length estimated has changed? I know it always at around 243metres away from my old line atten at 11.1dB back to last year summer.

Why does any of this matter? You have the actual line statistics available to you, that is better information than any checker can give you regarding performance.

Checker estimates do change over time. They certainly change in response to actual measured line rates, as I've observed this. I suspect they also change as the mathematical models of line rates are tweaked.

On those services being available to them, its not that unusual at all, and believe that these options are available to them.
