No markup that I'm aware of.

Don't think there is a markup on your build although there clearly is on their first year charge for the service. In my quote I was charged £500 per property 'Cerberus commissioning charge' which was one of the reasons we didn't go ahead.

Did you query that with Cerberus as I don't recall anyone else having that on their quote.
